Thanks Linnette. The horn issue has come up at our house too. Glad that screaming works for ya! I just hope they don't have the radio up next time. As far as stories go, I do have a few. I call them my "Close Encounters". Most of my close calls have been while I was on my wifes bike, usually on my way to work. I have had the classic "Looked me in the eyes and saw through me", and the "They didn't even look" a few times. But the most memorable was when a guy stepped off the curb with a "boom-box" on his shoulders totally oblivious to his surroundings, including the squealing tires of my bike and the car next to me. No joke...I skidded sideways and stopped as if I had parked right next to him to chat. His eyes were as big as moons!! I contemplated screaming, cursing, stomping my foot, and beating him up...but i just chalked it up to experience (his and mine) and rode away. It looks like all of those years of playing on dirt bikes paid off that time. More to come.....
